Anti-fraud tech start-up UrbanFox raises €7.7 million

IAG Capital Partners, a South Carolina-headquartered venture capital firm, led the Series A for UrbanFox, with ACT VC, Furthr, and Tribal among the other participants.

IAG participated in a €3.5 million raise for the company in 2022 that was co-led by the venture capital arm of JetBlue Airways, and MiddleGame Ventures.

“Daniel and the UrbanFox team haves built a brilliant product.

“We are confident UrbanFox will make fraud a problem of the past in Ireland, Europe, the United States and around the world,” said Joel Whitley, a partner at the VC.
